Hi, I’m Liezel Blanco, a licensed teacher by profession, and a support-driven entrepreneur at heart.

For over a decade, I thrived in the fast-paced world of the Contact Center industry. That’s where I sharpened my skills under pressure, learned how to lead with empathy, and discovered the power of clear, compassionate communication. But deep down, I knew I was meant to do more than climb a corporate ladder. I wanted to build something that made a difference.

So I took the leap.

I spent five years freelancing for clients across the globe helping them bring order to chaos by organizing their operations, streamlining their workflows, and giving them something we all wish we had more of time.

Those experiences led me to create Eliora XYZ, a virtual support brand built on three pillars: purpose, precision, and people-first values. We're not just here to check off tasks, we're here to fuel your growth.

But I didn’t stop there.

I founded E-Liora VA Training Services to pay it forward to mentor and train aspiring virtual assistants who want to show up with skill, integrity, and confidence. Because when a business finds the right VA, and that VA is ready to rise? That’s not just productivity it’s momentum.

And through this journey, I continue to be inspired by the people I serve like an amazing woman from Charleston, a client whose strength, brilliance, and purpose light up every space she steps into. Her commitment to building something meaningful while uplifting others reminds me why this mission matters. It’s not just about support it’s about legacy, courage, and shared growth.
